Shipping & Returns
BetterCo. standard shipping is fast and easy. Most packages arrive within 5 days using UPS or USPS. Currently we ship only within the USA.
Shipping is $5.95 for a single puzzle, and shipping on purchases over $49 is free.
For wholesale orders additional shipping fees may apply.
BetterCo. accepts returns of unopened puzzles purchased from betterco.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Products must be returned in the original packaging including all exterior shrink wrap in its original condition and have no visible signs of wear or use. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received.

Please allow up to 12 days for delivery of apparel. In order to lower environmental waste, our shirts are created using a print on demand service. Because of this, we can not allow for returns or exchanges unless the item is received incorrectly or defective. Please double check all measurements to ensure your shirt does not go to waste in the event that you don’t love it!
